How does the program work?
Once a mentee and mentor are paired, a contract will be signed by the parties establishing a commitment. They are required to meet either virtually or in person and agree on goals, as well as create an action plan. The mentor will submit periodic progress reports to SOBA America. This will help us assess the value of the program to both the mentee and the mentor, as well collect data on the effectiveness of the program for process improvement.
How long will it take before I get a response to my application?
